Eurodamp UK offers various professional building services. Our projects generally range from £10,000 to £1,250,000. However, should your project be outside of this array please contact us to discuss your requirements. All of our work is bespoke and we will try to facilitate where ever possible.

We can also offer project management service to our clients coordinating all works and trades required throughout the duration of the project. Our project management service costs are usually around 20% of the total build costs.

In conjunction with local Architects firms, we offer a start to finish service; from drawings, plans and Building regulations, to carrying out the project. We deliver a high standard of quality workmanship. If you have plans to extend or build, we are always happy to discuss them with you and give sound advice and estimates.

We specialise in converting peoples homes in order to create that extra living space we could all use, after all families expand and their daily needs change. So in an uncertain housing climate moving home isn’t always necessarily the best option.

House Extensions

Single, Double and Duplex Extensions are all undertaken. We appreciate the importance of keeping in Character with existing Builds – we have access to specialist Brick and Natural Stone suppliers, who ensure the perfect match for both new and historic brick and stone.

We can provide a full Planning and Building Regulation Advice Service for all house extensions, as well as New Build projects and Conversions. We are the first company on many people’s list when it comes to renovations, conversions and preservation works.
